Return policy

Our customers have the right to request a return or refund within a period of two weeks without having to state any reasons in writing. For a faster return please download and fill the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Form.

How to request a Return or Refund:
The intention or necessity to return one or more products must be communicated in written form to TennisMall. For maximum response time it will be to your advantage to please fill-in our RMA Form. You will receive our response in a brief period of time with either authorization or refusal according to the specific case. In case of authorization you will receive all the instructions necessary for the return of your product.

Requirements for Substitution or Refund:
All returned products (except for cases of Warranty Substitution) must be packed originally (if the goods had been sent in an appropriate packaging), completely, unused and undamaged. All original seals, labels, tags, boxes or wraps must be included and not removed from the item. The lack of these requirements will consider the product as “used” and eliminate the right of substitution or refund.

- Racquets:
The plastic wrap on the handle must be intact and never removed. Racquets must be never played with, must have no scratches, blemishes, written marks and must not have had any alteration such as restringing or accessory applications such as overgrip, lead tape etc.

- Apparel:
All apparel must be returned unwashed, unworn, clean, with original tags still attached. Must be returned complete with original packaging and with all manufacturer labels not removed. Removed labels will render the product as being “used” and eliminate the right of substitution or refund.

- Footwear:
Must be returned without being used, and must not show any signs of being used. Must have all original labels (not removed) included in the original shipment. The original box is an integral part of the product and therefore must be returned in perfect condition, without written marks.

- Bags, Strings, Grips and Accessories:
Bags, strings, grips, and accessories can be returned for full refund or exchange if the product is in brand-new condition. The original tags and packaging must be intact and never opened.

Return Shipping Costs:
The shipping costs for exchanges or refunds where TennisMall is not at fault are paid by the customer. When returning the products, please also include the invoice or a copy of the invoice to allow us to accurately process the return. Please include a note stating if you would like a refund or an exchange.
